Currently serving in the role of President, Steve is responsible for all technology-based solutions for Ritter’s, and our clients. He handles management and long-term strategic planning. In his free time, Steve enjoys boating and cooking.

Roz has worked at Ritter’s for 29 years and currently serves as head of the estimating department. She is involved in all areas of the business, and is a specialist in graphics and digital variable data. Roz is a graduate of Le Moyne College and a member and former President of the Rotary Club of Pompano Beach. She enjoys cooking, travel, shopping and her cats.

Jennifer Ritter Kelly
A part of Ritter’s since 1989, Jenny puts her years of marketing experience to work to create unique campaigns developed around her clients’ goals and objectives. A graduate of Cornell University, Jenny also holds an MBA from Florida Atlantic University. She is active in community affairs, including Women’s Executive Club (President 2009-2010), Leadership Ft. Lauderdale and Tidings of Joy. Jenny enjoys running, reading and travel.

Mike has over 27 years of experience in the Graphic Communications industry. He is a graduate of Florida International University, has served as President of the local Rotary Club, and was on the Board of Directors for the Florida Direct Marketing Association (FDMA). He is also a graduate of Leadership Ft. Lauderdale. As a professional Print Consultant, Michael has helped numerous clients work smarter, more efficiently and more profitably. He enjoys weight training and football.

Bill joined the Ritter’s Team in 2005 and serves as our Direct Mail Manager. With his knowledge of postal regulations and determination to “get the mail out”, he has brought enthusiasm and tenacity to the mail department which has grown dramatically since his arrival. Bill is a board member of the USPS Postal Customer Council. Bill enjoys spending time with his family – his wife Jenny and their beautiful daughter.
Rob has 29 years of experience in marketing communications. With a background in Fine Arts and graphic design, Rob is also an expert in digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media advertising and website development. Rob primarily focuses on marketing strategy and content creation for Ritter’s and their clients. Ritter’s develops multi-channel marketing automation programs that integrate digital and traditional channels for maximum impact on the business pipeline. He enjoys his saltwater aquarium and the occasional round of golf.
